Our mission

StreetPlay gives young people and adults the freedom to play, develop, and have fun — right in their own neighborhood.

You don’t need to be a member of a football club to improve. With guidance from experienced players, you play on local street pitches and work on your skills, teamwork, and confidence — without the stress of official matches or the pressure of competition.

Player profile

With a Pro, Ultra or Legend subscription, players get a player profile. This profile is visible in the app.

The player profile includes:

  • Matches played per location
  • Total matches played
  • Wins, losses and draws per location
  • Total wins, losses and draws
  • Goals per location
  • Total goals
  • Assists per location
  • Total assists
  • Clean sheets per location
  • Total clean sheets
  • Badges
  • Rating

Rating

A player’s rating depends on the stars they earn per match.

Star rating breakdown (average):

  • 0 to 2.9 = Bronze
  • 3 to 3.9 = Silver
  • 4+ = Gold

Players see an overall average across all 5 categories and a separate score per category.

The 5 categories are:

  1. FairPlay (behavior toward opponents and respect for the rules)
  2. Communication with teammates
  3. Discipline (arriving on time and wearing the right kit)
  4. Work rate on the pitch
  5. Effectiveness on the ball

What are StreetCoins and StreetDiamonds?

They are currencies you can earn and exchange for prizes.

How do you earn StreetCoins?

By playing matches. For each match you’re evaluated on the following categories:

  1. FairPlay (behavior toward opponents and respect for the rules)
  2. Communication with teammates
  3. Discipline (arriving on time and wearing the right kit)
  4. Work rate on the pitch
  5. Effectiveness on the ball

You can earn up to 5 stars per category. For every star you earn, you receive 4 StreetCoins.

In total you can earn 100 StreetCoins per match across the 5 categories.

You can also earn:

  • First goal/assist: 10 StreetCoins
  • Second: 7 StreetCoins
  • Third: 4 StreetCoins
  • From the fourth onwards: 1 StreetCoin
  • MVP: 50 StreetCoins
  • Clean sheet: 150 StreetCoins

By earning badges, you also receive StreetCoins/StreetDiamonds. There are more than 50 badges. If you earn all badges, you receive a physical BadgePlate!

The app will include mini-games where you can also earn StreetCoins and StreetDiamonds. StreetCoins can also be earned by watching ad videos.

Penalties

  • If a player arrives late, they lose 1,000 StreetCoins and they won’t receive a high discipline rating.
  • For a No Show, a player receives a red cross and a 1,000 StreetCoins deduction for the first cross. For the second red cross, the player receives a 2,500 StreetCoins deduction.
  • For the third (and final) red cross a player can receive, their paid subscription is downgraded to a Basic subscription for 4 weeks.
  • StreetCoins deductions are only possible with a Ultra/Legend subscription. If the player had a Ultra/Legend subscription, after 3 red crosses they can only choose a Basic or Pro subscription.

Can parents manage an account for a child under 16?

Yes. The child and the parents have access to the child’s account. This is possible until the child turns 16.

Can you switch subscriptions?

Yes. You can always upgrade or downgrade.

When downgrading to a Pro/Ultra subscription, accumulated StreetCoins/StreetDiamonds disappear.

When downgrading to a Basic subscription, stats are saved temporarily. These will also disappear if the player hasn't upgraded after a couple of months.

What does a match look like?

Matches are played in different formats depending on the size of the pitch.

U10 (8 & 9 years old)

Match duration:
2 × 20 minutes (without substitutions) or 1 × 40 minutes
Half-time break:
± 2 minutes
Match formats:
3v3, 4v4, 5v5 and 6v6
Number of substitutes per team:
1

U12 (10 & 11 years old)

Match duration:
2 × 25 minutes (without substitutions) or 1 × 50 minutes
Half-time break:
± 2 minutes
Match formats:
3v3, 4v4, 5v5, 6v6, 7v7 and 8v8
Number of substitutes per team:
1–2

U14 (12 & 13 years old)

Match duration:
2 × 25 minutes (without substitutions) or 1 × 50 minutes
Half-time break:
± 2 minutes
Match formats:
3v3, 4v4, 5v5, 6v6, 7v7, 8v8 and 11v11
Number of substitutes per team:
1–4

U16 (14 & 15 years old) and 16+

Match duration:
3 × 18 minutes (without substitutions) or 1 × 54 minutes
Break between periods:
± 1 minute
Match formats:
3v3, 4v4, 5v5, 6v6, 7v7, 8v8 and 11v11
Number of substitutes per team:
1–4

Matches on the larger pitches (U16 & 16+ only) can also be played for 1.5 hours. These count as two matches.

1.5-hour matches:

  • U16 (14 & 15 years old): 75 min (3 × 25 min), ± 2-minute break between periods.
  • 16+: 90 min (3 × 30 min), ± 2-minute break between periods.

Exclusive matches

Each game has its own exclusive kits. Colors for Games of Legends: Onyx Black and Imperial Gold. Colors for Diamond Games: Emerald Green and Pure White. Colors for Games of Elites: Ethereal Purple and Celestial Turquoise.

Game of Legends

  • These matches are only accessible to StreetPlay Legend subscribers.
  • During these exclusive matches, they can earn even more StreetCoins.
  • Purchased and monthly earned StreetCoins can be used to earn more.

Diamond Games

  • A way to earn StreetDiamonds instead of StreetCoins.
  • Purchased and converted StreetDiamonds can be used to earn more!
  • 1 StreetDiamond = 1,000 StreetCoins. Converting 1 StreetDiamond costs 1,090 StreetCoins.
  • Converting StreetDiamonds back into StreetCoins is free.

Game of Elites

  • A match where only “Elite Players” can participate.

Status explanation

There are 2 statuses you can buy (from age 14): “Starter” and “Crucial”.

Starter

The "Starter" status means you start as a first-team player. In the following scenarios, it can still happen that you start as a substitute:

  • If a team has as many or more "Elite players" or "Crucial players" than the number of starting spots. "Elite players" and "Crucial players" get priority.
  • If every player on the team has the "Starter" status and at least 1 player must start as a substitute.

Crucial

A player with the "Crucial" status is only substituted when they want to. In the following scenarios, it can still happen that a "Crucial" player is substituted or even starts as a substitute:

  • If there are only one or two players without "Crucial" status, the StreetCoach will also substitute "Crucial players".
  • If a team has as many or more "Elite players" than starting positions, a "Crucial player" will start as a substitute. "Elite players" have priority to start, but are substituted earlier than "Crucial players". If you start as a substitute with the "Crucial" status and there are at least 3 players without the "Crucial" status, the StreetCoach won't substitute you once you're playing.

    Elite

    The "Elite" status can only be awarded by the StreetCoaches. Available for any age. In some cases you get priority and you're welcome to join the "Game of Elites".

    Buddies

    For an additional fee, a player may choose which other player he/she would like to play with. One player can be selected per fee. The duration of this option is 4 weeks.

    If this option has been purchased and the player later selects additional buddies within the same period, this will not extend the duration of the option. The duration will reset after the initial 4 weeks.

    This option applies to local matches only.

    Extras

    If a player has played 1,000 matches (while using a Pro, Ultra or Legend subscription) on one pitch, that pitch (in the app) will be named after the player. If another player later plays more matches on the same pitch, the pitch will be renamed after that player. This is not possible with the Basic subscription.
