StreetPlay provides a platform for local street football communities, including match discovery, registration, player profiles, subscriptions, rewards and related digital services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreetPlay website, applications and services. By creating an account, registering for a match, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using StreetPlay, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use StreetPlay.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Notice and, where relevant, our Cookie Policy and any additional rules communicated for specific activities, events or promotions.

2Eligibility and accounts
StreetPlay is available to players from the age of 8.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
If you are under 16, a parent or legal representative may need to create, approve or manage your account and provide consent where required by law.
StreetPlay may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts where information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or where use of the platform violates these Terms or applicable law.
3Use of StreetPlay services
StreetPlay enables users to:
- discover and join local street football matches;
- manage player profiles and participation history;
- use subscription features according to the selected plan;
- earn and use StreetCoins, StreetDiamonds, Badges and related rewards where available;
- receive service notifications and platform communications.
You agree to use StreetPlay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable community rules, match instructions and instructions from authorised StreetCoaches or StreetPlay staff.
You must not:
- misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform;
- harass, threaten or endanger other users;
- provide false identity, age or eligibility information;
- circumvent subscription, age bracket or participation restrictions;
- use automated tools to scrape, spam or manipulate the service without permission.
4Matches, participation and conduct
When you register for or participate in a StreetPlay match, you agree to:
- arrive on time and notify organisers promptly if you cannot attend;
- play within the applicable age category and match format;
- follow fair play, safety and local rules;
- respect other players, StreetCoaches, officials and property;
- accept that match allocation, team selection and results may be recorded on the platform.
StreetPlay may apply sanctions for no-shows, late arrival, unsafe behaviour or repeated violations. Sanctions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, loss of rewards, suspension or removal from matches or the platform.
Participation in physical football activity involves inherent risk. You participate at your own responsibility and should only join matches suitable for your health, fitness and age.
5Subscriptions and payments
StreetPlay offers free and paid subscription plans. Plan features, limits and prices are shown on the website and in the app and may change over time.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorise StreetPlay and its payment provider to charge the applicable fees according to the selected billing cycle.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Your use of payment services may also be subject to Stripe's terms.
Unless stated otherwise:
- subscription fees are due in advance;
- upgrades, downgrades and cancellations follow the process shown in the app or on the website;
- failure to pay may result in loss of paid features or suspension;
- promotional pricing or seasonal offers may have specific conditions.
Where offered, a Maintenance subscription may allow eligible stored player statistics to be retained after termination of an active match subscription. Maintenance does not by itself provide a right to participate in matches.
Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the specific terms shown at purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
6StreetCoins, StreetDiamonds, Badges and prizes
StreetCoins, StreetDiamonds, Badges, rankings, statuses, prizes and other rewards are part of the StreetPlay experience and may be changed, limited or discontinued.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
- rewards have promotional value only and no cash value;
- rewards are not transferable outside the platform except where a feature explicitly allows it;
- eligibility for rewards may depend on subscription level, participation, conduct and season rules;
- StreetPlay may adjust balances, rankings or reward rules to maintain fairness or comply with law.
Seasonal prizes, tournaments and exclusive activities may have additional rules communicated separately.
7StreetCoaches and third parties
StreetCoaches and other authorised personnel may assist with match organisation, check-in, guidance or event delivery. They act within the role assigned by StreetPlay and must follow platform rules.
StreetPlay is not responsible for the independent acts of third parties outside the scope of the services it provides, but may take action where conduct affects safety, fairness or the platform.
Links or integrations to third-party websites, apps or services may be offered for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
8Content, images and intellectual property
StreetPlay, its branding, software, design and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer platform materials except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant StreetPlay a licence to use it as necessary to operate the service, including displaying profile information, match data, statistics and, where permitted, photographs or recordings from activities.
Photographs, videos and promotional material from StreetPlay activities may be used as described in our Privacy Notice and any separate consent you or, where required, your parent or guardian provides.
9Availability and changes
StreetPlay aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed for maintenance, safety, legal or business reasons.
We may update these Terms when our services, pricing, legal requirements or organisation change. The latest version will be published on the StreetPlay website. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, email or other appropriate channels.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires separate consent.
10Suspension and termination
You may stop using StreetPlay at any time and may request account deletion through the available account settings or by contacting us.
StreetPlay may suspend or terminate access where:
- these Terms or community rules are violated;
- payment obligations are not met;
- fraud, abuse or security risks are identified;
- we are required to do so by law;
- continued provision of the service is no longer reasonably possible.
Termination of a subscription is not the same as erasure of personal data. Privacy-related requests are handled under our Privacy Notice.
11Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetPlay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or participation in activities arranged through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or, where applicable, mandatory consumer rights.
You are responsible for your own equipment, travel, insurance and physical readiness when participating in football activities.
12Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
We encourage you to contact info@streetplay.nl first if you have a complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
